Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at info@jenilandco.shop with your order number. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from the description
- The product was damaged during transit
To initiate a return, email us at info@jenilandco.shop with your order number, product details, and photographs of the issue.
Refund Timeline
- UPI Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, manufacturing defect, or transit damage).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: cut fabrics (measured and cut to order), items purchased on clearance/final sale, and items showing signs of use or washing.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or variant-related issues within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and preferred exchange.
